As a Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in executing our in-person & online marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. You will work closely with the marketing & branding team to implement and optimize campaigns across various channels, both in-person & online with a focus on achieving business objectives. This role requires a hands-on approach, creativity, and a strong understanding of marketing best practices.
Requisites & Preferences
Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, display advertising, and search engine marketing (SEM).
Create engaging and compelling content for digital platforms, including social media posts, articles, email newsletters, and ad copy.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics for digital campaigns, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI, and use data-driven insights to optimize performance.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc., including budget allocation, targeting, and bidding strategies.
Collaborate with the design team to create visual assets for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, and proactively recommend new strategies and tactics to improve campaign performance.
Support the development and execution of SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive website traffic.
Assist with the creation and maintenance of marketing automation workflows, including lead nurturing and email automation.
Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement in our digital marketing efforts.
Work cross-functionally with other teams such as product design and business development to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives.
Requisites & Preferences
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on executing and optimizing campaigns across various digital channels. We’re open to having freshers onboard too.
Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms and tools, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, email marketing platforms, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for digital channels and effectively communicate campaign performance and insights.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative strategies and solutions to achieve marketing objectives.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the industry.
Self-motivated and proactive, with a growth mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and opportunities.
