JOB DESCRIPTION
  • The Business Partnerships & Projects Manager works directly with the EVP Business Partnerships to drive execution across active partnerships and projects. This role spans multiple verticals and requires someone who can manage relationships, track progress, and ensure that every ongoing initiative -whether a partnership or a standalone project or internal verticals- moves forward with clarity and accountability. The ideal candidate is organised, proactive, and comfortable switching context across different domains without losing grip on any of them.
TECH SKILLS
  • Proficiency in project management tools. Strong command MS office tools. Ability to build and maintain trackers, dashboards, and status reports independently.
REQUIREMENTS
Must-Have:
  • 4- 5 years of experience in business development and project management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple active partnerships and projects simultaneously across different verticals
  • Strong project management skills -ability to build trackers, run cadences, follow up relentlessly, and drive closure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare crisp briefs, decks, and status updates
  • High ownership mindset - you treat every open item as your responsibility until it is done
Good to Have:
  • Prior experience in aerospace, aviation, deep-tech, or an early-stage startup environment
