Own end-to-end execution of high-intensity EPC / heavy logistics projects while simultaneously leading drone flight operations as a Flight Instructor. This dual-hat role is responsible for project, delivery, safety, cost, productivity, pilot capability, and flight excellence across remote sites in India.

Key Responsibilities
Operations Leadership
- Lead on-ground execution of EPC / heavy logistics projects in remote environments.
- Own site safety, quality, productivity, cost control, and schedule adherence.
- Manage mechanized operations and integrate drone workflows into execution plans.
- Act as a single point of accountability for site delivery, contractors, and clients.
- Track productivity, utilization, OEE, and cost metrics; drive continuous improvement.
Drone Flight Instruction & Safety
- Act as Project-Level Drone Flight Instructor / Lead Pilot (for initial phase of project).
- Train, assess, certify, and standardize drone pilots and the corresponding processes across project sites.
- Approve pilots and missions based on complexity, risk, terrain, and payload.
- Own flight SOPs, compliance, incident investigation, and DGCA adherence.
- Drive a safety-first flight culture under high execution pressure.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 10+ years in EPC / construction / power transmission / heavy logistics operations/ Defence background with a valid Pilot license.
- 3+ years as an instructor having trained Pilots in various types of drones.
- Proven leader in remote, high-risk, high-pressure project environments.
- Comfortable is daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
- Certified Drone Pilot; DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate required (Medium category)
- Willing to travel to site (for setting up operations) and to Chennai (to train Pilots
