Job Summary:
  • The Aircraft Maintenance Engineer/ Diploma Trainee will play a crucial role in the maintenance for ground & flight testing of our Aircrafts within our state-of-the-art testing facility. We are looking for highly motivated and dedicated AME’s/ Diploma Trainee (Electrical engineering) to join our company as Aircraft Maintenance Engineer/ Diploma Trainee. The AME’s will support the maintenance, inspection, installation, and testing of next-generation electric Vertical Take-Off and Landing (eVTOL) aircraft. The role provides hands-on exposure to electric propulsion systems, batteries, avionics, wiring, and ground test vehicle (GTV) operations, under the supervision of experts.

Required Qualifications:
  • Education: AME/ Diploma in Electrical engineering
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 1 Year relevant experience in aircraft / Helicopter/ UAV / eVTOL/ advanced aerospace systems maintenance.
  • Knowledge on DGCA requirements is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform inspection, maintenance, and repair of critical components like motors & propellers.
  • Carry out installation, inspection, maintenance and troubleshooting of high-voltage circuits, battery systems and electric propulsion interfaces.
  • Maintain and inspect electrical wiring interconnection systems (EWIS), including routing, bonding, grounding, clamping, and protection.
  • Perform continuity, insulation resistance, and functional checks using approved test equipment.
  • Install, inspect, and maintain avionics systems including:
  • Flight control and actuation systems.
  • Navigation, communication, and sensor systems.
  • Integrated vehicle management and monitoring systems.
  • Conduct system integration checks, functional tests, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Support software loading, configuration verification, and system validation under approved procedures.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of findings and corrective actions.
  • Lead maintenance and readiness activities for Ground Test Vehicles (GTVs) and prototype aircrafts, including pre-test, turn-around test and post-test inspections.
  • Assist in test setup, instrumentation connections, data cable management, and test-area readiness.
