We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Manager to oversee our inventory control processes and ensure efficient management of our aerospace inventory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aerospace and inventory management, with the ability to optimize inventory levels, streamline processes, and ensure accurate tracking of stock.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and implement inventory control procedures to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize stockouts or overstock situations.
● Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure adequate supply of critical aerospace components and materials.
● Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely procurement and delivery of inventory items.
● Conduct regular inventory audits to verify accuracy of stock records and identify discrepancies or potential issues.
● Implement inventory optimization strategies to minimize carrying costs while maximizing availability.
● Analyze inventory data and performance metrics to identify trends, assess inventory turnover rates, and make data-driven decisions.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve inventory management processes and systems.
● Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to aerospace inventory management.

Education/Experience
